We have worked with fix and flips, buy and holds, long-term rentals and now our latest successes have been vacation rentals. And boy, do we have some stories to tell you! We have encountered hornets and lizards, hurricanes and blistering heat, hidden treasures and random blunders (why is the kitchen designed so the dishwasher won’t open?).
