Creativity can sometimes be a scary thing, especially if your creativity is flowing in the direction of a possible venture. Creativity, as with all gifts, is from the Lord. Ideas that an entrepreneur can turn into a business are often the result of a felt need, but can also come from pure imagination. The scary thing connected with creative ideas is the amount of risk involved. Do you have an idea in your heart, but you are afraid to take a risk? Are you hiding from the possibility that you could fail, so you haven’t even tried? Every opportunity for success comes with the risk of failure, but your Father doesn’t want you to hold back.

Fear of failure is a common area the enemy targets to keep you from fulfilling your life purpose. But failure is not the terrible, frightening thing that your fearful thoughts try to make it out to be. Failure is actually a stepping stone to success. Almost every successful business has a story of multiple failures before that one thing that catapulted them into success. The only true failure is quitting before the desired outcome is accomplished or hiding before you have even begun.
