Every morning you wake to a choice whether to believe the Word of God or the voices of the world.  What you agree with is what ultimately has power in your life.

‘Do not let mercy and kindness and truth leave you; Bind them around your neck, Write them on the tablet of your heart. So find favor and high esteem In the sight of God and man.’ Proverbs 3:3-4.

God has given you everything necessary to live a life full of joy and peace.  Your part is simply to believe.

You have the power to choose the outcome of your life.  You can choose the outcome of abundant life God has reserved for you or you can choose the outcome of destruction and torment from the enemy.  The choice seems easy in those terms but you make the choice every day in big and small ways.  Make the Word bigger in your mind and heart than the voice of this world.  Every step you take you have only to believe.

Believing,

What Does “Waiting upon the Lord” Actually Mean?

Isn’t it powerful when God illuminates a signature verse that becomes especially important to us and close to our hearts? In today’s video, we’re talking about one of Dave’s life verses that has really impacted the way he approaches time with God. When we look into the meaning behind Isaiah 40:31, we see God’s desire for us to pause our busy lives to get into His presence, soaking in all that He is. He invites us to exchange all of our weakness for His strength, our sickness for His health, and our worry for His peace! When we take time to position ourselves in the Lord, the strength of the Holy Spirit takes us to new heights!

“But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.” -Isaiah 40:31 (KJV)
