Then the Lord said to Moses, “Look, I have specifically chosen Bezalel son of Uri, grandson of Hur, of the tribe of Judah. I have filled him with the Spirit of God, giving him great wisdom, ability, and expertise in all kinds of crafts. He is a master craftsman, expert in working with gold, silver, and bronze. He is skilled in engraving and mounting gemstones and in carving wood. He is a master at every craft! Exodus 31:1-5 NLT
I love the example God gives early in His Word of the way He purposely designs and calls us. Exodus records the account of God anointing Bezalel as a skilled craftsman with a purpose. Moses received instructions to build the Tabernacle, but God gave Bezalel the purpose to do the actual work. How incredible is that? God had already placed the gifts of creativity and design into Bezalel. Throughout his life he had already trained and practiced to become a master craftsman. When it was time to build the Tabernacle, the Lord filled him with the Spirit of God. He was fully equipped for his purpose when the Spirit of God gave him the exact plan!
God has pre-arranged a good life for you. His plans for you are not disastrous, but abundant. He has provided everything you need to live the life He has designed specifically for you. He sees great things in you, and He gives you specific gifts because He trusts you. God has so much He wants to do through you. He loves you so much, and you have a unique part in seeing His Kingdom come and His will be done.
If there are things you have been fascinated by since you were a child, it is likely they are related to your life purpose. Think about a time you felt your gifts were being fully utilized, whether it was related to your current job/career or not, and ask the Lord how it relates to your purpose.
The Lord has placed gifts and talents within you to fulfill the purpose He designed for you. You are fully equipped to step into your destiny.
