You and I have so much to be thankful for. We have been elected to the Faith Hall of Fame recorded in Hebrews 11. You actually have a place among the patriarchs of Bible history. They believed beyond themselves toward the coming righteousness through Jesus Christ. And He made a place for us among them.

‘But to him who does not work but believes on Him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is accounted for righteousness, just as David also describes the blessedness of the man to whom God imputes righteousness apart from works: “Blessed are those whose lawless deeds are forgiven, And whose sins are covered; Blessed is the man to whom the Lord shall not impute sin.”’ Romans 4:5-8 NKJV.

Contemplating these amazing blessings sparks a grateful heart toward Him.

The written Word of God is an incredible gift to lead and guide you. Be encouraged by the giants of faith, and search His Word for direction.

‘But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.’ Hebrews 11:6 NKJV.

Dive deeply into the gift of His Word knowing every single word is true. Then let gratefulness flourish in the light of His blessings.

Getting Personal with God | What Is God Really Like?

God’s character is consistent and without flaw, and interacting with Him sets us up to expect His goodness. He has a generous heart. He gave His best in the gift of His Son, and He continues to give His best in the gift of eternal life – which starts now! Let’s thank Him for being a personal God who sees us as intimate friends and who reveals things to us.

“I have never called you ‘servants,’ because a master doesn’t confide in his servants, and servants don’t always understand what the master is doing. But I call you my most intimate friends, for I reveal to you everything that I’ve heard from my Father.” – John 15:15 (TPT)

Join my husband Dave and me for Heart to Heart, as we spend time each week learning to experience God in a personal way and practice those things in the Word that bring abundant life to our everyday lives.
