A 5-star vacation rental goes the extra mile to make a guest feel well cared for. Thoughtful touches throughout the property will give your guests a cared-for feeling at different times and in different spaces during their whole stay. Touches like coasters in all the rooms, while they are a protection for your furnishings, they let a guest know you are a good steward of your holdings. Nothing means more to 5-star guests than the evidence of a thoughtful owner.
Other touches we curate in our vacation properties include a fully stocked coffee station (more than a coffee pot) with coffee, sugar, creamer, filters or pods, all situated together on a beautiful tray or in a decorative basket for convenience as well as ambience. We provide the rooms with benches at the foot of the beds or luggage racks to keep suitcases out of the way. For longer stays we also provide hangers in all the closets and empty dresser drawers if our guests want to unpack entirely.
Often vacation time is also time to get together with family or friends and extra seating is always needed. We make sure to maximize the seating availability both inside and outside to accommodate as many people as possible. A welcome basket is a sweet (or salty) touch with some snacks, bottles of Pellegrino and a nice bottle of wine. Guests who arrive too late to grab groceries know we are thinking of ways to help hold them over until morning.

And the most important touch of all is an absolutely spotless property, inside and out. A guest may not notice how perfectly clean the bathroom is, but they certainly notice when it is not. Every guest appreciates cleanliness, but we go the extra mile, keeping towels and bedding bright white and smelling as fresh as the ocean breeze.
