Before I begin with the details, I want to talk about my motivation. Recognizing what you enjoy and what you are passionate about, points you in the direction of your purpose. I fully believe when you are living your purpose, you will love what you do. Part of my purpose is helping people create beautiful spaces, whether that is your home, vacation or rental properties. I love to help make spaces that bring the presence and peace of God, to show hospitality to friends and family. With that in mind, we are introducing something new!

Design My Dilemma is going to be so much fun! I cannot answer everyone who asks for my help to cozy up a room or overcome a design blunder. But, my team and I have come up with a way to solve your design dilemmas, one at a time. If you will submit a photo of the room you are having trouble with, I will design a solution and send you a virtual mock up of the changes. All of my suggestions will explain why I changed something and you will be able to log into my Amazon store to order the exact items I recommend. We have done a few of these and everyone had so much fun.

You will need to be alright with seeing the “before” picture of your trouble room on my social media, but you will be getting a free “consultation” for a designer re-do of your room! Then if you follow through and make the changes, we would love to post an “after” photo as well. Even if your photo isn’t chosen, you will be able to see the changes I propose, the reasons why and the links to purchase what might work in your own place. This is gonna be fun all around!
If you have already seen something in our content that you would like to try at home, you should be able to find it in our Shop the Look links listed below.

Favorites & Go-Tos (This one includes items from all lists)
And if you want to re-do your whole property, get my book 7 Seconds: How To Leverage The Seven Second Rule In Your Home Designs and Real Estate Investments Second Edition. You can find all my tips and tricks with beautiful before-and-after photos and checklists that every designer needs.

Enter Design My Dilemma by sending a photo of the room you are having trouble with to info@karenconrad.net. Include a statement giving permission for your photo to be posted on our platform and what your issue is with the room. I can’t wait to hear from you!
