Starting the New Year with a fresh outlook is the best way to see growth and expansion in your life, business, and relationships. Looking at circumstances, situations and people from a different perspective gives you the ability to evaluate the past year and strategically plan for the next year.
When I am designing or staging, I often use this approach—walking into a room with the mindset of seeing it for the first time. I pay attention to how the room makes me feel and I give myself time to see it from outside perspectives. This approach can change your relationships, your decision-making and your vision for the future.
‘But, beloved, do not forget this one thing, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.’
2 Peter 3:8-9 NLT
I have a tool I use at the beginning of each year which I have shared with you for several years now—with dynamic results. My goal planning tool asks strategic questions to help you make a purposeful plan for 2026. You can get a downloadable copy of my goal planning worksheet HERE. It addresses various aspects of your life, including finances, health and fitness, your life purpose, plus long term and short term dreams. Feel free to share it with family and friends.
Make 2026 the year you take extra time to find the joy, delight, beauty and possibility in everything around you.
